Light Round Courgettes (zucchini)
The light round Courgettes originates from Central America and therefore favor sharply temperate climates. In recent years, thanks to the implementation of new cultivation techniques and the creation of greenhouses, this variety of Zucchini is also cultivated in Italy, achieving excellent results. Courgettes require a very fertile soil rich in humus, but they are very sensitive to temperature excesses.
The Zucchini can be cut into squares for a fresh salad, as a side dish or an ingredient of tantalizing delicacies.
