In particular it contains more iron than meat itself. With a delicate taste, it is very suitable for tasty and light dishes: a very healthy vegetable. The preservation of Romanesco cauliflower takes place in the refrigerator for at least three to four days if purchased fresh; cooked and kept covered, it can be kept for a maximum of 1-2 days, bearing in mind that Romanesco Cauliflower, like most of this type of vegetables does not last long after cooking.
